The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Sadaqah is a proof (of one’s faith).”
(Sahih Muslim)
Sadaqah is voluntary charity — given sincerely for the sake of Allah (SWT). It can be in any form: a smile, helping someone, giving food, or financially supporting the poor. Even a kind word is a form of Sadaqah.
